He has been performing his signature Skin Rejuvenation procedure since 1981 Liposculpture since 1994. Dr. O’Neil is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and the California Ambulatory Surgery Association.
